Justin Mueller is a dedicated professional who spent years working for both a renowned luxury home builder, as well as a reputable commercial contractor, honing his skills and knowledge of the industry. However, his true ambition lies in establishing his own home building business, one that is built on the principles of honesty, transparency, quality, and client satisfaction.

As a carpenter for a luxury builder in the early 2000s, Justin saw the excitement and joy from clients as their dreams came to fruition, and wanted to help others achieve their dream home.

About Our Founder

passionate & family oriented

In the mid 2000s, Justin graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Science and began his career as a superintendent for one of the largest general contractors in the state of Texas. Justin spent 13 years building high rises, luxury finish-outs, multi-family, and large office buildings – most notably the 175,000 sf Yeti World Headquarters that was completed start to finish in seven months.

The Goliath dream began in the early 2000s, and after many years of experience, Goliath Luxury Homes was established in 2018. Justin’s passion for making his clients’ dreams come true was, and is, the driving force behind having his own company – where he can deliver exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service, building not just houses, but lifelong partnerships.

Lindsey grew up in the beautiful mountains of Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech in ’07 with a degree in Interior Design from the Virginia Tech School of Architecture. She never dreamed she’d end up a Texan, but upon graduating she accepted a position in Houston to work for Gensler, a prestigious international interior design and architecture firm.

Following her time in Houston, Lindsey moved to Austin to explore a career in luxury textile and product design with Kyle Bunting, and to work directly with world renowned interior designers on custom rug, furniture, and wall application designs (many for A-list celebrities). It was during this time that Justin and Lindsey met in Austin, they were smitten (and married in 2014), and the dream of being a design-build team began.

Lindsey is a multifaceted creative spirit with a passion for various artistic outlets. With an eye for detail and a knack for designing captivating living spaces, she thrives in the realm of designing spec homes and helping our clients where they feel they need design guidance. Adept at combining functionality with aesthetic appeal, Lindsey carefully curates spaces that are not just houses, but homes filled with character, warmth, and style. Her designs reflect a thoughtful blend of trends and timeless elements, tailored to create an inviting ambiance.

Needless to say, the Goliath team has a diverse repertoire and many years of experience; spanning from large commercial projects in Austin, to sprawling luxury homes in the Texas Hill Country.

We wear many hats, including professional problem solvers and are here to communicate efficiently and effectively with our talented subcontractor teams on behalf of our clients and their overall vision. Communication with our clients is also top priority. Throughout the entire process, we are always open with our clients, keeping them informed and up-to-date every step of the way. Our number one goal is to provide our clients with value through unmistakable quality, transparency, and honesty throughout the project. We knew the frustration of building a home could be minimized by keeping the focus of our team on properly servicing our clients. We set ourselves apart because our project managers run a very limited number of projects at once which allows each home to receive more hands-on supervision than most builders allot. It is very important to us to ensure that each home is given the attention to detail it deserves.

Dillon Beck - Senior Project Manager

Dillon Beck brings years of experience in both commercial and residential construction to Goliath Luxury Homes. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 2020), Dillon earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and began his career in commercial construction before discovering his passion for residential building in 2021. Since then, he has dedicated himself to creating exceptional homes that bring his clients’ visions to life.

As Senior Project Manager, Dillon’s top priority is delivering each project with excellence, from concept to completion. Known for his attention to detail, innovative approach, and strong client and subcontractor relationships, he ensures that every home is built to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Beyond construction, Dillon is a devoted husband and proud father. Family is at the core of who he is, and that same dedication drives his passion for building homes that stand as a legacy for other families.

Ryan Bucklin – Co-Owner

Ryan Bucklin is the co-owner of Goliath Luxury Homes and brings more than 20 years of construction experience spanning both commercial and residential projects. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 2007, Ryan has built his career on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

For Ryan, construction is more than just building houses — it’s about creating homes where families can build memories. He believes in doing things the right way every time, no matter the circumstance, and his clients know him for his honesty, loyalty, and dedication to excellence. At Goliath Luxury Homes, Ryan ensures that every project reflects the company’s core values of trust, transparency, and superior workmanship.

Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted husband to his wife, Sarah, and a proud father to their two children, Caroline and Case. Being a family man is central to who he is, and that perspective shapes the way he approaches his business. He knows that a home is the heart of family life, and he takes pride in building spaces that bring comfort, joy, and lasting value to the families he serves.

Rooted in the Texas Hill Country, Ryan has a deep appreciation for the land, community, and traditions that make this area special. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying family time, Ryan’s love for Texas and the lifestyle it offers is reflected in the homes he helps create for others.

Karina Garcia-Drake - Director of Administration

Karina Garcia-Drake brings a steady, people-first approach to everything she touches. A dedicated mom of two and happily married for 13 years, she balances family life with a strong professional drive. With more than a decade of experience in accounting and seven years in the construction industry, Karina is known for her precision, reliability, and clear grasp of the financial side of building and development.

For Karina, the numbers are never just numbers — they’re the framework that keeps projects healthy and families confident in the process. Her reputation has been built on doing things the right way every time, staying organized under pressure, and approaching each budget or process with purpose and care. That commitment to accuracy and follow-through helps ensure every project runs with the kind of trust and transparency clients deserve.

Before stepping fully into finance and construction, Karina spent several years as a preschool teacher, a chapter that shaped her patience, communication skills, and attention to detail. That background still shows in the way she supports teams and clients today: calm, clear, and always focused on growth. Whether she’s managing complex budgets or guiding a project behind the scenes, Karina brings heart, hustle, and a long-term mindset to the work.
